Quality assurance is an integral part of the Wellton’s important process. Strict product inspection takes place from incoming material to production and out-going.
 
Plastic injection control process
Following steps are defined at working station
1. First-article inspection on critical dimensions and comparison with approved sample.
2. A visual inspection performed by our trained line workers.
3. Parts are inspected one time for each 2 hours at station by IPQC
4. Finally, the acceptable parts are boxed, counted, and inspected again by our IPQC before they were moved to warehouse. And then, the pars are ready for shipments.
 
Mold making control process
Wellton has trained engineering team and tooling masters to supervise each mold making process.
